Form Guard works well as a concrete form release agent and also provides superior protection from rust during concrete forming and short term storage. Form Guard is safe to use on steel, aluminum, polymer coated, hardwood and plywood concrete forms. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, WEAR SAFETY GLASSES WHEN USING FORM GUARD.
DIRECTIONS
Form Guard can be applied by brushing or spraying onto clean, dry form wall. Do not over apply Form Guard.
- Wood Forms: Form Guard should be applied at 800-1600 sq. ft. per gallon.
- Metal Forms: Form Guard should be applied at 1600-3200 sq. ft. per gallon.

Form Guard is a light pale, non-staining liquid designed to remove concrete from wood, metal and other types of concrete forms used in the concrete construction and precast industries. Form Guard has the unique ability to chemically react with the alkali in the concrete to form a film. This film promotes easy separation from the form and releases a smooth textured finish on the concrete.
