FOR YOUR PROTECTION, WEAR SAFETY GLASSES, RUBBER GLOVES WHEN USING EZ-CLEAN FC.
Floors: Use 8 parts water to 1 part EZ-Clean FC.
(Dilutions may vary, depending on soils and cleaning frequency)
NOTE
Do not allow the product to dry on surface. DO NOT ALLOW EZ-Clean FC TO FREEZE. Please take precautions and use the recommendations in the Material Safety Data Sheet.

EZ-Clean FC is biodegradable, water-based floor cleaner which is non-flammable, non-corrosive and non-butyl. EZ-Clean FC was designed to effectively remove tire marks, lubricating oils and grease from concrete floors without removing painted strips. Its ingredients cling to surfaces and begin emulsifying soils on contact causing the soil to become part of the solution. It also contains agents which prevent the soil from redepositing on the surface while cleaning. Additionally, EZ-Clean FC has been specially formulated to avoid the clogging of spray nozzles in floor scrubbing machines, which can often be a major problem in the performance of floor scrubber.
